Fire protection systems for cable penetration seals

Cable penetration seals are important construction products for establishing preventive structural fire protection in buildings. They ensure that openings in walls or floors for feeding through electrical, data, coaxial, and glass fibre cables as well as cable support constructions and electrical installation conduits can be sealed so that the fire resistance of the building element is restored.

Fire insulation for cable openings

Electrical, IT, and telecommunications lines are indispensable for the usage of buildings. To supply the different areas of a building, openings in walls and floors must be planned for.
