The system Cable Tube serves to seal penetrations of cables of any type as well as lines of split-line air conditioning systems. Once the Cable Tube is installed in place, it is sealed with the dedicated sealing plug and with fire protection filler FLAMMOTECT-A. System Cable Tube meets the fire resistance requirements of up to class EI 120 as defined in standard EN 13501-2.
The DG-SC system is a penetration sealing system with intumescent filler. It seals insulated steel and copper pipes up to Ø 114 mm resp. Ø 88.9 mm and cable bundles up to an outside diameter of Ø 180 mm. It offers a wide range of tested drainage and multilayer composite pipes. The DG-SC system fulfils the requirements of the fire resistance class up to EI 120 in accordance with EN 13501-2.
The System EC Endless Collar is an easy-to-install system for sealing combustible pipes by means of a roll-supplied fire protection collar. Before attaching the System EC Endless Collar to the pipe, the annular gap must be filled with GFM fire protection mortar. System EC Endless Collar has been found to meet the fire resistance requirements up to class EI 240 as set out in standard EN 13501-2.
The Flammotect system consists of a 60 mm or 80 mm thick mineral fibre board (single layer) or two 50 mm or two 60 mm thick boards (double layer) and is equipped with an ablative fire protection coating. It offers a wide range of applications for a wide variety of media lines with a broad spectrum of diameters and insulation types. The Flammotect system fulfils the requirements of fire resistance class up to EI 120 in accordance with EN 13501-2.
The System FSC 4 is a specially engineered fire protection collar that provides sealing protection for combustible pipes with an outer diameter of up to 160 mm. Before installing the fire protection collar, the annular gap must be sealed with GFM fire protection mortar. The System FSC 4 has achieved a fire resistance rating of up to class EI 240 in accordance with standard EN 13501-2.
The System NBR-plus fire protection tape offers an effective solution for sealing off insulated non-combustible pipes up to an external diameter of 323.9 mm and air conditioning split ducts. Due to the division of the tape, only a small amount of material is required to install the seal. The NBR-plus system fulfils the requirements of the fire resistance class up to EI 120 in accordance with EN 1350-2.
The Novasit BM system is a combination penetration seal that seals off almost all commercially available media with different diameters and/or insulation in solid walls and ceilings. The Novasit BM system fulfils the fire resistance class up to EI 120 in accordance with EN 13501-2.
The System AWM II consists of a fire protection collar designed for sealing off flammable pipies. The inside housing surface of the fire protection collar is lined with the intumescent building material Strip. It is approved for sealing combustible pipes up to an outside diameter of 500 mm. System AWM II has a fire resistance class of up to EI 120 in accordance with EN 13501-2.
The BK - N system consists of highly effective, cooling fire protection pillows that are suitable for the temporary or permanent sealing of cables and electrical installations. They can be used several times without restrictions and can be easily and flexibly adapted to cables. The BK-N system has a fire resistance rating of up to 90 minutes.
The System Cable Tube ML is a fire protection penetration sealing system designed for insulating cables of any type routed beneath system floors. Once the Cable Tube ML fire protection tube is inserted, the penetration area is sealed with NOVASIT BM fire protection compound. In the last step, the sealing plug is trimmed to size and sealed with fire protection filler FLAMMOTECT-A. The system Cable Tube ML meets the fire resistance requirements of up to class EI 120 as defined in standard EN 13501-2.
The DG-CR 0.7 system is an intumescent fire protection bandage for cable systems. It prevents ignition or flame propagation and ensures functional integrity for various cable types. The DG-CR 0.7 system is tested in accordance with IEC 60332-3-22 and IEC 60331-21 and is approved in accordance with the requirements of FM Approval Class Number 3971.
