Fire protection penetration seals with cable tubes and cable boxes

Fire protection cable tube and cable box penetration seals are used to fire seal cables, cable bundles, and electrical installation conduits. Cable tubes and cable boxes consist of a stable housing fitted with an intumescent inlay. In case of fire, the intumescent material expands and thus completely seals the opening.

Areas of application for cable penetration seals using fire protection tubes or fire protection boxes

Individually tailored Flamro cable tube penetration seals are also possible. Depending on the specific application, cable tubes are available in different lengths and diameters. Additionally, fire protection tubes / boxes are suitable as retrofitting devices in soft or mortar penetration seals. A further benefit: Since it is possible to separate FLAMRO® cable tubes into two halves, they can be installed around existing lines.

Why use fire protection cable tubes or fire protection cable boxes from Flamro?

Flamro cable tube penetration seals are particularly easy to install. The cable tubes, which consist of two pipe half shells, can be fitted around cables in existing cable systems and is easily closed by means of a click-in mechanism. The internal cross-section of the cable tube can be up to 100% occupied. Fire protection tubes / boxes are primarily used for the easy and uncomplicated creation of small penetration seals. Subsequent line configurations can be easily retrofitted. Fire protection tubes / boxes can already be used in walls and floors during the shell construction phase so that the penetration seals are already defined and available for the subsequent installation of lines.
