System Flammotect 2 x 60 mm

Mixed penetration sealing systems made of two mineral fibre boards (2 x 60 mm) with ablative fire protection coating on both sides for cables and pipes of all types. In case of fire, the system remains fire-resistant for 120 minutes.

  • Timber construction (CLT walls and CLT floors)

Features

  • Variety of certificates for products used, e.g. resistance to moisture, freeze-thaw cycles, and UV radiation as well as various oils and chemicals
  • The required dry film thicknesses can be applied in a single operation
  • The consistency of the coating material enables the clean coating of cables and seal surfaces
  • The coating remains flexible even after complete curing
  • The fire protection coating can be coated over with other paints

Installation video: System Flammotect

The Flammotect system consists of a 60 mm or 80 mm thick mineral fibre board (single layer) or two 50 mm or two 60 mm thick boards (double layer) and is equipped with an ablative fire protection coating. It offers a wide range of applications for a wide variety of media lines with a broad spectrum of diameters and insulation types. The Flammotect system fulfils the requirements of fire resistance class up to EI 120 in accordance with EN 13501-2.
