Outside of work, Charlotte fills her days with a mix of exercise, family activities, and social gatherings. She enjoys local walks with both her husband and dog, and cabin trips to Åre and Vulusjøen are a top priority. She has a strong interest in Formula 1, Liverpool FC, cars, and music—and would ideally spend all her free time at the family’s cabin in the charming fishing village of Sissi in Crete.

At Flamro Norway, Joakim is part of the production team. He enjoys the production environment and takes care of machine repairs when needed. His many technical skills are valuable in maintaining an efficient production flow.
After work, Joakim has a passion for working on cars. He recently bought a house, so the near future will involve many renovation projects at home. He also plays guitar, filling the room with tunes from songs he enjoys. In addition to his production work and personal projects, you might also find Joakim behind the wheel of a taxi or minibus from time to time. He also enjoys going on walks with his dog Milo.

At work, Ole Øivind is the engine that drives innovation, bringing technical expertise and a sharp focus on development. He ensures the technical department is always evolving, and his commitment to creative solutions is evident in every project he touches.
But it doesn’t stop there! At the office, Ole Øivind is also known as the cake enthusiast who adds a little extra sweetness to the workday. No birthday or celebration goes by without a tray of delicious treats, thanks to him.
When he’s not chasing after his three energetic daughters, you’ll likely find him out running through town, playing squash at Rørahallen, or tinkering with everything from cars to vintage electronics.
And there’s more! Ole Øivind is also an old-school gamer who reconnects with childhood friends for the occasional gaming night when time allows. As the unofficial manager of Nord-Trøndelag’s cheapest tire hotel, he’s always ready to help family and friends.

Professional Background
Marius lives in Levanger with his partner and daughter. He holds a degree in civil engineering and previously worked for two years as a structural engineering consultant. In addition, he has trade certificates as a carpenter and a roofer, providing him with more than ten years of hands-on experience in the construction industry.
At Flamro Norway, Marius joins the Technical Department, where he focuses on product development (R&D) and offers technical support to customers. Thanks to his blend of practical know-how and theoretical expertise, he provides valuable insights into both development work and customer follow-up.
Personal Interests
After work, you’ll often find Marius outdoors, either on his own or with his family. He thrives on staying active and spends his free time mountain biking, climbing, and keeping fit. He is also an avid motorcycle enthusiast, happily wrenching in the garage or heading out for a ride. He loves exploring the woods and mountains with his family and cherishes the time spent in nature.

Frank has a solid background in construction. With over 10 years of hands-on experience as a carpenter and academic studies in structural engineering, he is well equipped to make a strong contribution to our production team.
Outside of work, Frank is an active member of the local gaming club in Levanger. He enjoys the sense of community and the strategic challenges games provide. In addition, he is passionate about climbing, appreciating both the physical and mental demands of the sport. When time allows, he dives into his interest in history—especially the Viking Age—and enjoys revisiting the stories from this fascinating era.

Get to know Bengt Are Zakariassen! He lives in Verdal with his daughter and son.
At work, Bengt Are is Flamro Norway’s Business Development Manager, a role focused on identifying new markets and opportunities for the company. He is closely involved in technical development (R&D) while also managing and supporting the markets where Flamro Norway is already active.
Outside of work, Bengt Are is a well-rounded individual with a wide range of interests. He’s passionate about music, plays guitar, and enjoys singing, often together with his daughter. When he’s not making music, he enjoys reading non-fiction, and much of his free time is spent doing activities with his children. In summer, you’ll likely find him on his bike out on the road, or at sea, as long as his boat isn’t up on land for repairs.
Afternoons are often filled with local politics and union work in the Innherred region. When he’s not occupied with those responsibilities, he values spending quality time with his kids, which gives his life both balance and meaning.

Erik plays a key role at Flamro Norway, focusing on digital marketing.
His main responsibility is ensuring Flamro Norway has strong online visibility and reaches its target audience. He achieves this through content production, advertising, email marketing, social media, and digital analytics.
Erik also supports the sales department, working closely with the team to ensure the success of our campaigns.
Outside of work, Erik is a dedicated family man who enjoys quality time with his partner and two daughters. He’s an avid guitar player and hobby troubadour with a deep passion for music.
Erik also enjoys running half-marathons, spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, and exploring his newfound love for disc golf. He’s even sold a few paintings, showcasing his creative side.

Meet Adrian Petersen Aksnes from Verdal. He shares his home with his partner and is actively involved in the production of our fire-resistant ventilation products.
Outside of work, Adrian is a true motor enthusiast. He often spends his time with his hands under the hood of his yellow BMW 3 Series. His love for speed and engine sounds also extends to snowmobile riding, allowing him to enjoy the fresh air and the thrill of winter’s snow-covered trails.
After the workday is over, Adrian shifts his focus to social activities. He eagerly participates in football and basketball games with his friends. He also values spending time with friends and family and is always up for good times and memorable moments.
